I went to Graceland yesterday and there at the Elvis car meuseum I was shocked by what I DIDN'T see. No Pantera with bullet holes. No where to be found. I went to the information desk and demanded to know what happened to it. They said they never heard of a Pantera, didn't know what such a thing was but said if they did have it it was out on loan.
Out on loan??? WTF???
So is there really such a thing or is it a Suburban legend or whatever they call it?? Did someone take a Pantera and shoot it and then claim "Elvis done it"?

Its owned by the Petersen Auto Museum, and on display at the museum in Los Angeles California.

Its no legend, there is documentation (registration) that Elvis Presley once owned the car. The car was displayed at the 2009 Concorso Italiano, the first time it had ever been displayed outside of the museum.

Here's a video of the car at the 2009 Concorso:

Well shucks! Wish I'da knowed that afore I went and spent the $40. All the had was an old house, old airplanes, old clothes and old golden records hung all over the place. What a rip-off. They sold the best thing he had and all that was left to see was old junk.
Thanks guys. It will help all the other Pantera guys to know to not waste their money by going to see that Graceland meuseum here in Memphis.
Well at least the barbeque ribs at the rendevouis was good eaten though. Not a total waste to go there and PIG OUT.
Ha ha. Get it? Pig out??? Oh you had to be there to understand I guess.
