My friend Wally’s Group 4 Pantera was sold to Dennis Collins. Dennis Collins was Richard Rawling’s friend and partner on Gas Monkey Garage. He also purchased Wally’s 1974 Pantera and his T Bird as well. My friend Gary handled the transaction and did a great job talking about the car’s history. He is a great driver and did a lot of track events with this car. There was also a great write up about this car in POCA.

Awesome really enjoyed.
That was a good vid. Entertaining.
Great stories, thanks for posting.
“Blood, Sweat, and Gears: The Pony Express Story” was written by Chuck Engles and is in the 2016 Profiles No 4 issue. It was a great article and Chuck did a great job.
Sorry to ask but is Wally no longer with us? Was the video at Wally's place or is that Gary's?
That is Wally’s place and he is still with us.
Really enjoyed the video. Learned some things I hadn't known and enjoyed the comraderie of everyone involved.
I watch Dennis Collins every week and posted this a few hours after it was released.
One question. Why did your friend Gary sell these cars?
I know the Group IV car has been for sale for many years now. Comes and goes off multiple sale sites. I wondered the same question.
Gary handled the transaction because he was in contact with Dennis to my knowledge.
I want to know more about Wally?
Sounds a legend, Let the car do the talking,
Are there any more videos of this yellow car from back in the day? Any clips of this car racing?...
Here is the POCA issue featuring the article on the car

Great video with an interesting story. I will be going down a rabbit hole researching more. Thanks for sharing.
So where did this car end up now. Who has it today ? Do you think its for sale ? What did it sell for ? I'd like to get in touch with the new owner.
Ron
