Thank you Mat, I will send you a msg next time I am near the Black Forrest. Would be a pleasure to talk Panteras and cars in general.
Currently back home in Cairo, Egypt.

That Pantera has the unique Gr-3 'pencil' front parking lights & may be Anders Hellburg of Lulea, Sweden's car. Anders owns the GR-3 Pantera Registry, found at www.scuderiadetomaso.se.

those ,,pencil" side turn indicators are used on Euro delivered Pantera's.
not special Gr3 related.

OK. The Euro-only Illustrated Parts List says DeTomaso p/n 2-01-10034 'to car #1110, Europa'-in Italian- for those front side lights, but I've never seen them except on Gr-3s. Early imported Euro cars always had the round Mangusta-type side lights. Wondered why the 'pencil' lenses were not shown in either edition of the Gr-3 Supplementary Parts Lists...
after build #1110 the big squere amber and red side lichts are for Euro cars closed.
The fronts are partly closed and use the ,,pencil" lights and the rear are closed .
on a cheap way .
The USA cars have F+R side marker lights they are not alowed into Europe.
Europe needs a front side turn indicator lamp.
