The front GT5 spoiler on this Group 4 replica has been reduced in height by 2 inches.

In my opinion, the spoiler looks much better, and functionally, it is much less prone to damage or dragging on bumps & driveways.

Sorry I missed the event this year. Had the car park in the back garage due to dry wall work happening in my normal parking spot up front. Anyway I would have had to put on the paddle tires to get the car out of the back yard after all that rain on Friday. My back yard was like 6" of mud. However it would have been a perfect day to go for a drive(not to hot) because my AC just needs to be recharged and is not working

Was the Hemi model operational? If so, did it run? If so, did anyone obtain a sound file?

Yes that mini-hemi motor ran, and sounded awesome. Sounds just like a hot rod V8, only without the chest vibrating bass. Didn't get a video/sound clip of it, but there are a number of videos of similar motors on the web, like this one:

Thank you PI and to all the enthusiasts who came down with their cars and family to help us celebrate the season at PI Motorsports. PI sponsored trophies, the band and the luncheon. The trophies were as large as 4' tall. George presented trophies to the deserving winners. Bill Harris headed up the judging committee and did a fine job trying to figure out who had the best of the breed. The results will be posted soon. A few more pictures to follow. Dave

PI Director George Pence and lovely model, Casey Dee Thornton presented trophies. Casey posed with the owner's cars and was a great spokesmodel for the marque. A nice touch of class for which we thank PI also.

Rick Flores, on bass guitar leads the band, Earthquake. Playing oldies, standards and modern pop, the band kept everybody's toes tapping. Rick also owns one bad-ass Pantera and the threat of rain didn't stop him from driving and showing his car.

The display area is basically in front of PI Motorsports. The parking lot was fairly full, although off from last year's attendance. We still had 130 guests. Members of Team Pantera Orange County came down with their cars and members and one owner drove all the way from Bakersfield. In all, it was a fun day and we hope to have another edition next year.
