Rear Rotor Replacements | The De Tomaso Forums

I'm in the process of freshening the rear brakes on my '73, and found the rotors are warped worse than a 33-1/3 record left in the desert sun over a decade. And yep, there's not enough material left to remain legal. Aside from spending a fortune for another set of stock rotors, are there any other rotor/hat options available for use with the stock Girling calipers?

This rotor is ALMOST a bolt on. I say almost because the outer pad must be kissed ever so slightly with a grinder to make clearance for the rotor hat. A simple procedure that can be done in minutes. These rotors are an upgrade over stock as they are vented.

Scott, Once the Hat is installed on the rear can the rotor be removed without disassembling the hub? If it can this is a nice convenience.
