Selling my car to a Buyer in Texas

For those folks that live in Texas, I am selling a car currently registered in California. The CA DMV Title only requires a mileage recording and signature on the front of the title. The back of the title is to be completed by the Buyer. I also provide our Bill of Sale.

I understand Texas form 130-U is used by the Buyer. That form has a Seller signature line. Do I have to sign his form 130-U being out of state?

Does this all sound correct and true? I just would like to confirm this with a resident of the state that knows the law and proper paperwork involved.
