I would like to know more about the single slot Campy rims. A friend told me they went to double slot Campy rims to assist in brake cooling in later models. My car is presumed to be a 1974....( #8735?) so should the car be outfitted with double slot Campy rims. And if so, what car should the single slot rims be mounted on?

FWIW, 7" single-slot Campys are fairly common in the U.S. 8" single-slots are harder to find, and I've only seen photos of one set of 10" single-slots (on an OZ Pantera), and those may have been massaged with a TIG welder and milling machine. Single slot magnesium wheels still need annealing every 10 yrs or so.

There were also triple-slot wheels that apparently are even rarer in the U.S.
