Speedo swap kph for mph?

During my recent restoration I was left with a 200mph speedo together with the correct Borletti angle gear 50-0804 "B".
Would like to swap it for a kph unit with 50-0806 gear.

More leftovers are complete Carrello rear tail lights (lenses are US red) with built-in LED PCBs, transparent front indicator lenses, LED PCBs to go with the pre-L carriers, contol and flasher unit from Pantera Electronics.
Like to swap the complete assembly for a set of red Koni shocks.
