You might also try Mark at IPSCO. I have a feeling that he may have been the manufacturer.

Measure the thread pitch and diameter and check most any auto parts store for a match.

I can't recall where I filed the thread dimensions, but here is a cut from my order for speed bleeders.    I'll keep looking . . . might be able to get thread dimesnions from speed bleeder site
