Well if Inglese is using the Jenvy 48 ida throttle bodies or similar, then this all applies like you were setting up Weber carbs and you use the stock throttle cable like you do on the Webers. Remove the tube inside the throttle cable on the carb/fi end. Otherwise it will kink, not be able to make the turn under the distributor.
I would think that the determining factor would be the intake manifold the FI is built on? If it's the Hall, then this applies.
The carbs/fib face opposite so the linkage has to go over on one side and under on the other. You can see that in the picture.
You can use Inglese's kit to reverse the one side of carbs/fi bodies to simplify the linkage but in my experience with the carbs, you will loose throttle response and noticeable power simply because you have changed line of sight from the throttle opening point to the valve.
I would presume the effect would be the same with fuel injection but I honestly don't know that for sure.
Pantera Weber linkage is a bit unique to the car and what works on a 351C Mustang, does not on a Pantera. The Pantera NEEDS the center pivot.
With this set up the throttle cable built in spring pressure is enough to close the carbs and remains very light and responsive.
The Moroso dual springs are there to satisfy the track safety requirement.
