Trim Installation

Can anyone tell me the propper way to install the lower outside piece of window trim? The other pieces are pop riveted on but I can't reach this piece with the riveter. Also, how do I attach the window felt on this piece, contact cememt, screws?

The lower moulding usually gets screwed on, I did it when the glass was out. it may be hard(impossible?) to get at with glass still in. Be careful 1/2" is too long and will cause a dimple on the outside. You can run the screw thru the felt and use it to hold both the felt and moulding on or you can screw on the moulding and epoxy the felt
