I'm thinking about selling my engine compartment "bucket" and my rear (74 L) bumper. Both in excellent condition. If these were Porsche or Corvette parts, I'd have no problem determining price. Can anyone advise what these are worth? I'm more interested in freeing up garage space than holding out for top $$$.

Hey Danny,

just where is Shang Hai, exactly? Confused

And that fiberglass tub is what makes the pantera a road worthy traveling vehicle, because it gives you tons of luggage/tool space. No other mid engined car comes close.

My advice - drill two holes in the back edge, hammer two nails in your garage rafters, and hang it there. Out of the way, easily reached.

Works for me.

Shang Hai, China. Roadworthy? You obviously haven't driven my car. Only two things I need are ear plugs and a neck-brace!

I don't want this big, ugly bucket hanging from my rafters...perhaps I'll use it to mix cement.
Regarding the cement mixer, bulky parts are more expensive to ship than heavy parts.

My advice would be to keep the trunk tub as Larry suggested. You never know when you may decide you could use it.

For instance, a gorgeous lady asks you to take her for a country drive & PICNIC in your sexy Italian hot rod. Where does the picnic basket go?

LOL. I took my girlfriend out to dinner last Sat. in the Pantera. She wanted to take a taxi home from the restaurant..."I'm never getting in that "thing" again!" were her exact words... Big Grin
