Next, This is How I do Steak, always With Onions. I love Onions, here with Cut Strips of Sirloin and Rice. With Me, It's all about the 'Sear'!! I use 'Montreal Steak Seasoning', pepper rub.

Another Dinner...Chicken Breasts Halved with Onions and Rice. Also Brussles Sprouts Halved and Sautéed in Butter and Olive Oil. Again it's about the Sear. The Pan is NOT enough if the Meat Doesn't Sizzle when added to the Pan.

Sometimes, Mashed Potatoes instead of RPORK%20APORK%20CAHNice. And always with a Romain Salad.
