Can anyone recommend wheel locks for the standard Campys?

Unless you’re parking your car in a really crappy neighborhood or leaving it parked in a Walmart parking lot for an extended period of time. I wouldn’t bother with wheel locks. Dirt bags will steal the whole car.
I found them, but thanks for the advice.

It looks like any 12mm x 1.5 acorn lock lug will do the trick. I ordered a set by Dorman and will follow-up with how they fit (for those interested).
Dorman Wheel Lock Key Locking Lug Nuts 712-228 From AutoZone work perfectly.
FWIW, most owners use one lock per wheel. I'm a bit paranoid about my Campys & tires, so I use FIVE per wheel, figuring all that work needed to defeat 20 locks will discourage all but those with a tow truck.
Beware of using wheel locks that are significantly heavier than your other non-locking nuts. That one heavy nut can create a noticeable imbalance at speed.
Good point.
I have a friend that has a late '70's Porsche 911 Turbo. He had a vibration issue at speed that he could never solve. The culprit turned out to be his steel McGuard locking lug nuts. They were so much heavier than the OEM Porsche aluminum nuts, it created a huge imbalance that all the shops he took it to, missed. The large Porsche bolt circle (130mm) didn't help. This is why Porsche sells their own locking lug nuts and bolts. Theirs weigh the same as the OEM nuts/bolts.
