Where to fill oil on the ZF.

This is the bolt I miss that at least to me looks like the filler hole.

So, does it mean that I will need to fill through the side plug? So, I have a ZF 2 trans?

The filler hole in the location you have circled,is only on the early ZFs .
The correct fill plug is the 17mm allen plug in the drivers side of the transaxle just in front and slightly lower than the shift box.

My 72 Pre-L has the same ZF in her. I filled the ZF through the side plug using a funnel with a flex hose attached to it. No problems at all.

That location is your fill hole, also.

Get it up to there so it just covers the bottom threads.

An internal passage between ZF sections has a very small size, so let the oil settle for a bit, and then check to see if more is needed. Good idea to then check it after a bit of driving, also.

Your ZF should have a black tag on the driver's side. It will note what model ZF it is.
