The rear channel has a screw at the rear of the door above the latch, and also at the base of the door's side below the armrest. The front channel has a screw at its bottom as well. The screws slide in slotted holes for adjustment. On some cars, the regulator mechanism in the middle of the door to needs a shim. To adjust, loosen in turn each of the named screws while rolling the window up & down. You'll soon locate the problem area and can then concentrate your efforts. Some cars have torn fabric inside the channel that balls up when the window moves, stalling the motor. In this case either re-glue or replace the defective fabric in the offending channel.
