ARP head bolts (Optional studs)
ARP main bolts (Optional studs)
Our grooved cam bearings
Brass expansion plugs
Lifter bushings
1-piece rear main seal
Option: 4-bolt splayed caps on the middle 3 positions ($500-$600)
Return shipping FREE on 2 or more blocks (lower 48 US states)
We would plan on having 351M/400 block done ready to sell also...

Tim my opinion is also yes. In fact, I picked up another Cleveland block 2 months ago with plans that in the future I will be able to do a build through you.
