I remembered seing the Maclaren F1 had the composit decklid line with a gold foil looking material. I see them sold at speed shops now but I forget the brand name. It's peel and stick like Dynamat. The brand also sells header wraps. The Saleen S7 uses a similar gold material that lines their CF decklid.
You can also mount triangular heatshield under the decklid or one that mounts on the exhaust. I saw a company at SEMA that sold an aluminum heatshield material that you can form and bolt on like the factory units.
