Found one entry on the 'net that claims she's Maureen Coddington .... however Maureen Coddington didn't meet HB Halicki until 1976, after the movie was made. The Pantera girl remains a mystery.

Maureen Coddington was Halicki's girlfriend from 1976 until his death in 1989. She had parts in two other movies Halicki produced, but not gone in 60 seconds.
