The site for the 2005 POCA Fun Rally will be The Orleans Hotel and Casino
located approximately 1 mile off the strip. The Orleans Hotel and Casino is
a first class facility that provides a modern and safe environment.

Detomaso Owners and Spouses will enjoy the facilities.
I am encouraged that Detomaso owners who have been uncomfortable with the
previous facilities will now return to the Event.
Kent Snyder points out that; "At this time it looks like the Orleans is a
"GO"; but, we don't have the event priced out yet. We do have the room
rates, and the people will make their own reservations, but the actual event
cost is still to be determined."
Room rates will be $59/nite through Thursday Evening and $109/nite for
Friday and Saturday. Taxes add 9%. Still, the rates remain reasonable.
A dialogue with other venues, including the Stardust, were part of the due
diligence. The decision for the Orleans was based on quality, expense and
their management's flexibility and responsiveness to our needs. Should our
actual experience in 2005 prove different, we will revisit our alternatives in 2006.
The POCA Fun Rally dates are April 27th - May 1st.
POCA members will receive information on the Orleans Resort in their January
mailing that will include a copy of Profiles with the Membership Roster. The
February Newsletter should contain an event registration form with pricing
and POCA Fun Rally details. Additional information will be communicated as
it is learned.
