If the heads have a "2" cast into the upper corners, similar to the "4" cast into the heads of the 4V motor, then the answer is NO, there is not enough exhaust port "flange" to mate up with the large 4V header flanges. The "2" cast into the head indicates it is a US 2V head.
The Australian 302C head, which was such a popular replacement head for many years, has no "2" cast into the corners. The Aussie head has a larger "flange" area around the exhaust port, it will seal up with the 4V headers just fine.
I'm not all-knowing when it comes to what each vendor sells. I have seen Larry Stock advertise 2V headers (Pantera Parts Connection, Nevada). Hedman used to sell 2V Pantera headers. Somebody may still have them in stock. You may want to start with your favorite vendor & go from there.
