3 ribbed crankshaft pulley wanted.

If this IS a stock Ford pulley, there will be a part number on it......need that to know where to look.

Otherwise I have 3 sheave pulleys, but only two are the same size and the third outer pulley is huge......could be what is needed.

There doesn't seem to be a number on it but a good clean and light sanding might reveal something. I can't check it on mine because it is still in the car and pretty well hidden.

I'll see if there is something listed in the parts book.  I just don't recall seeing a 3 sheave version.

OK, scratch that part number lookup......was thinking Pantera.    If you can give me an engine tag number, from the aluminum tag that was placed somewhere on the intake manifold, I may be able to walk backwards from the engine number on the tag, to the appropriate pulley number in the Ford Master Parts Catalog, of which I have a 1975 copy of the 65-72 parts as well as 73-79 or so version.

That will be a tall order. I know mine didn't have a tag and was propably lost with a previous rebuild.

OK, then the outside diameters (OD) of the sheaves will need to be our ticket!  ....unless a part number appears!

Hi Steve,

As mentioned, the dimensions are an OD of 5,5 inches with a depth of 2 inches.

All sheaves are equall, so for the 1/2 inch type v-belt.

Those pulley are not Ford but DeTomaso,  machined cast iron .
