ok, this is what we are told 'down under' !
4ma is the std usa 351 cleveland crank. 4MAB is the nodular iron crank.
if it has 351 cast in it it is an aussie crank. if it has 302 cast in it it is a 302 cleveland aussie crank ( that's right we had a 302 cleveland 3 inch stroke vs 3.5 stroke !)
5ma was a 400 cleveland crank.
hope that helps.
p.s i had a 4ma ( not 4mab ) in my race car ran 9.7 1/4 mile n/a with no hassles 8000 rpm, so they are fine.
