I am unfamiliar with that damper. I use, and recommend the stock rubber-damped harmonic balencer. I can't tell you if other Ford or aftermarket products will fit, but even if they do, there's the risk of the 'damping factor' being wrong for the 3-1/2" stroke 351-C crank. The wrong balencer will wreck the main bearings in #1 journal in short order, and if you spin the engine high enough, can break the crank nose clean off.
