Here is preliminary info on the event coming up.... February 23, 2002 in Mount Dora, FL (just north of Orlando)

If you missed it last year I can forward the pictures I took but this is truly a fantastic event set in the setting of Mount Dora. This is a charity fund raiser with Jack Nickalus that is in its 3rd year. Dave Pratt, Joe Curley and Steve Schnell are others that you can touch base with to get their thoughts as well. The show has gotten huge with many press magazines coming down to participate in the write up.

This car show has been very well received with the public - last year they had a Jaguar XJ220, A Shelby Series One, A Ferrari F50 and Indy car, gobs of Ferraris, Porsches, Lamborghini's, Dodge Vipers, etc. It appears that the clubs catering to these exotics enjoyed the venue tremendously and have slated it to be one of the must be in ones. The event is open to all exotics. One exciting note is it has become a Ferrari sanctioned event and there is a strong chance of participation in a rally as well during that weekend. I have been fortunate to have been in communication with the organizer and he is strong on the theme of the 30th anniversary of the Pantera (I know a few months shy but more glory right).

I will keep everyone informed - In the next 3 to 4 weeks they will have all of the press info finished, registrations started, website revamped to reflect this years, etc etc etc.

I hope you all are as excited as I am as it was a great event to be a part of... They literally had thousands come through this little artsy town of Mount Dora to see the event... Lots of things to do and see to include train rides on an old locomotive around the lake, band playing, little art shops, the cars, the food, you name it!

Take care
Dave
