Well I just got my Pantera back from Murillo Motorsports. He did my exhaust installation and dyno tune. Here is the data.

Internally Stock 2001 Lincoln Navigator 5.4 DOHC engine

Kinsler Individual runner manifold w/ 2 3/16" diameter throttle bodies and 7" long stacks

Wilkinson 4.6 conversion mid length headers into FAZA exhaust w/ 1 7/8" pipes.

Dyno results are 290 rwhp 330 rwtq

So that is about 330 hp and 380 tq at the flywheel.

That is pretty good for a basically stock engine.

Just to let you guys know, my tuner says I am leaving a lot of power on the table by using the small diameter exhaust. Maybe later on I will go with a bigger exhaust and rebuild the motor for performance but for right now I am extremely happy.
