You've got most of what you need. Somewhere in the system you bought should be the proper fill fitting for R-134a. And some shops remove the tiny screen filter from the expansion valve leg (under the dash) for more freon flow, and an improvement well worth doing is a pair of manual heater hose shut-off valves for the heater hoses. You need two 1/4-turn brass ball-valves from your local hardware store, and a couple of short nipples in each end to insert into your existing heater hoses. Position the shut-off valves where you can easily reach them from outside. FYI, these valves are required for safety when running open track events, anyway. The heater core is fastened back-to-back with the AC evaporator so air flows through both cores, and the in-dash controls cannot be adjusted to totally shut off a trickle of hot water through the heater core. Thus without manual heater shut-off valves, the AC must fight the heat put into the cabin from the heater core before you get any AC cooling.

If you operate your car in an area that has very hot weather you may be disappointed with the R134. It does not transfer the heat like R12 does especially with the small evaporator and condenser used on the Pantera. There is a very detailed article on the Pantera Place website that address the A/C system that might be helpful to you.
