I have lowered my car and need adjustable rear upper a-arms. I may also need adjustable front upper a-arms, but won't know until I can get an alignment done (this week for sure).
Pantera Performance Center has rear adjustables that use a heim joint at the ball joint to adjust in and out. Stupid question...does the ball joint have to be broken each time you adjust it, or can the ball joint nut, below the hub carrier, be removed and the whole ball assembly turned in and out to adjust it?
Is the PPC upper rear a-arm the best choice, or is there another option from another supplier?
If it turns out that I need adjustable front upper a-arms as well, who makes them?
Thanks, Mooso.

bkgraham or crayon47 One of these to sellers had a pair of rear upper extended a arms on ebay. I don't think they sold. However they were just extended and not adjustable. He described them as being nessasary when using extra wide wheels. I have seen a full set of Aluminum cnc machined adjustable. They sold just hours after being posted for close to 3 grand. I belive they were adjustable without complication of removing atacchments. Another sorce may be www.precisionproformance.com
my Pantera has adjustable upper control arms at all 4 corners. They were on the car when I purchased it, but I believe they were purchased from Collectors Choice in cheese land.

the car is lowered about as low as you can go (how low can you go?) the jacking point behind the front wheels is 4 1/4" above the ground, the control arms are level with the ground (its hard to judge up front).

The upper control arms pivot on heim joints, not rubber or polyurethane. The ride is very good, no complaints. The front arms are modified oem Pantera arms, the rears are totally new, not modified oem arms.
