The condenser fan shutting off in 30 Seconds sounds wrong if its 30 seconds from the very first startup and its warm where you are testing it.

There were a number of ways the condenser fan was controlled depending on the year or upgrades done to the car. On the early cars, the condenser fan went off and on at the same time with the compressor clutch, depending on how much cooling the deicer switch was calling for, later on Ford wired the condenser fan motor to the blower motor switch so it would stay on anytime the blower motor was running, later on they came out with a new deicing switch that would keep the condenser fan on and just shut down the compressor. Its all detailed in the TSBs. The first deicing switch had two wires and the later one has three.
