Air Conditioning only has one speed-High

It is a 2 speed blower, 4 wires to the switch, Brown: +12V, Black: Low Speed, Orange: High Speed, White with Black strip: Indicator light in speedometer.
If the Black wire is not connected to the switch, Low speed will not work. I see only 3 wires in your image.

Looks like i'm missing the high speed orange wire. Any body know which tab it should attach to?

Looks like lug #8 next to the low speed wire based on this:

However, not sure this drawing is consistant with with your existing wires.
