Just talked with a garage today.
They didn't know that Deauville's was worth anything, so
it was picked up and crushed for the metal Price.
The owner only kept the rear sign.
Rest in Peace.

Yes, sad indeed. 
Actually it was parked in Denmark. I tried to make the Danish club interested, but with no luck it seems.
Here's a discussion from 2011 with loads of pictures. Incredibly rusty, but lot's of good parts anyhow. No VIN visible as I can see.
