A few years ago when Chrysler had the Skunk Works in Sante Fe Springs run by Shelby there was a couple of Panteras that had been converted to Chrysler V8's. Shelby had reportedly brought in five cars with Hank Carlini, Iacocca's right hand man. I lost the name of the one engineer who bought one fo the cars, who lived in So Cal, but if anybody knows how I can reach him I can do a story on the Chrysler DeTomasos.
