If you attended the auction last week, would you please let us know how the Panteras came out? Also, if anybody knows either the sellers or buyers of any of the 3 cars sold that weekend, would you please contact Dave Adler at: dave@panteracars.com
I would like to ask some questions about the auction experience. Thank you.

I watched it on SV and it pissed me off!I saw a yellow Pre-L start to come up on stage and they went to commercial. When they came back they showed the ceiling lights. Then they went to commercial again. When they came back,it was gone! They never said one word about it!There were three Panteras that went up acccording to the website. They didn't show ANY!Bastards!
I've been going for the last 7 years. Went on friday. Did see #412 Yellow Pantera go through. Bidding was slow but climbed to $28k if I remember correctly. Based on other cars I've seen I'd of guessed it to be in the $20-25k range so it did well.

Robert, sorry I missed the drive. Couldn't take the whole day off. <g>
I received the results from the auction. Here are the prices on the three cars that were auctioned off:
1) 1974 Pantera $19,440
2) 1971 Pantera $29,160
3) 1972 Pantera $35,100

Please add the buyer's commission on top of these prices. The pictures of the cars show that #2 and #3 looked like very nice cars, stock appearance with 10 inch Campy's. Number one didn't appear as nice. Panteras usually do crappy at auction, thus these figures are not bad. Also, if they rolled across the block at prime time, they probably would get a premium. Ciao!
