Not sure these are commercially available, but if interested, our panel shop can fabricate anything he needs using our '74 GTS as a template.

At one time Hall Pantera offered aluminum "skins" that you needed to crimp to the existing steel frames yourself.
I never got into that with the car so I do not know if Gary was making them for you or was stocking a few.

Speak with Patrick Hals in Belgium, he has a source who built aluminum panels for the Candy race car, the aluminum decklid, hood and door skins were standard on the group 4 race cars.

The Candy Gr4 has fiberglass front and rear decklids.
I am in proces to replace those fiberglass by aluminium F+R decklids

I was at Wilkinson's today and he had a massive cardboard box with an aluminum deck lid inside that will be on its way to a buyer in Europe shortly. He said he has one more of such.
A cardboard box for a huge aluminum decklid?
please tell me it was cardboard covering a wooden-framed box, because if it’s just cardboard, that aluminum decklid doesn’t stand a chance of safely arriving in Europe
some years ago, an owner on the East Coast purchased an NOS fender from a private seller in Oregon. Despite the buyer asking for a wooden crate, and willing to pay the increased cost, the seller tossed the fender in a cardboard box and sent it on its way. The story ended with UPS settling a claim for the value of the fender, which was so thoroughly damaged as to be unusable

It would probably be cheaper and safer to buy a plane ticket. Fly over and take it home with you. I wonder if they’d let you carry it on-board??? But seriously, I have a friend who’s a commercial airline pilot and he used to do a Hamburg to Vancouver run. The biggest item he ever carried home for me was a windshield!
Very pretty but I notice the aluminum decklid shown has a cut-out for Webers or 8-stack EFI. Is that what you want? Because 2 feet of TIG-welding in a return-to-stock patch panel will likely double the cost. Racers won't care.
