The taper is std Ford- 7 degrees. Used by Ford, Chrysler and others including rebuildable/adjustable assemblies from Howe Racing for dirt track. In the April '08 POCA Newsletter there was an article on adapting greasable Chrysler-type aftermarket ball joints to both ends of the Pantera. This was before the vendors had come out with cheaper 'OEM'-type ball joints. I was also looking to lose some unsprung weight so I did some machining on them and their carriers. Mine from Speedway Motors are still working well.
