Google 'Becker Radio'= the model often used in Panteras was the Europa. There's a service center on the U.S. East Coast that rebuilds them and has some spare parts. But I no longer have their URL. They are not cheap! Good luck-

If you want to be Concours original stay with the radio blanking plate, the radio was a dealer install, like the door mirror. If you want music, it's also easy to hide a modern Bluetooth unit etc. behind the blanking plate.
