Beautiful hot and sunny day for the large turnout at Best of France/Italy Car Show at Woodley Park.  A nice contingency of Panteras (8, I think) showed up, several of which were Foothill Pantera members.  Lots of great cars including Jay Leno driving in a monstrous Fiat shaped like a torpedo.  Today was my maiden voyage in my Pantera after 4 years of rehabilitation and though it was a short 7 minute ride, it was still nerve wrecking.  But we made it, and it even started on the first try to go home.  Success, although there still needs to be some adjustment to the fuel injection and a few other minor issues.  I wish it were possible for me size 14 feet to wear shoes while driving, but that's just not going to happen.  Below are some of my favorite shots from the show including one of me in front of my red beast (taken by my daughter).DSCF8836DSCF8790DSCF8822DSCF8824DSCF8830DSCF8779DSCF8819
