Ok, here goes. First thing the clutch was working fine, usually used full pedal travel even though the release happened at about half pedal. Then I replaced the plastic clutch line.
Then tried to bleed the old fashion way, pumping and having assistant open and close the slave nipple. This eventually produce a good solid pedal and full slave tavel..followed by no pressure and pedal to the floor which must be lifted up by hand. Waiting a few minutes gave a slight pedal resistance and little discharge when the slave was opened. I don't get air or fluid now ( after 10-15 minutes of pumping).
I have purchased a Mityvac. Any suggestion beyond teflon on the nipple threads?
I NEED HELP!!
Thanks to all

Sounds like the piston in the master cylinder is not returning. I've not had this problem with a Pantera but had it in my Sunbeam Rapier (you might remember these sold in the US as a Sunbeam Arrow Coupe). The problem was that the return spring in the master cylinder had broken.
I think you will have to remove and maybe dismantle the master cylinder to find the problem.
