Follow-up. If the master has decided to suddenly fail (why) what is best sourcfe for original master so I don't have to re-flair the tubing for a new fitting.

It might be cheaper to rebuild - with a new spring and rubber parts. All of the Pantera vendors I've spoken to in US are very helpful. I expect one of the guys in the US can give you a better answer than I can.
Precision ProFormance has new stock clutch masters. I thought the price was reasonable, whatever it was. Check precisionproformance.com

If the master is leaking rebuilding it is possibile but may not work. I rebuilt mine but it sitll did not work. I purchased a new long through master and am glad I did because if you replace the clutch with a new and inproved version you may need more travel.
