marlinjackThe Machinist #5723 AMARGOSA MACHINE 'Running on Empty- Middle of Nowhere'
...I have done this in the past, usually because I had to remove the line for some reason. Just have a helper hold down the clutch pedal while you SLIGHTLY loosen the LINE fitting at the Master. Any air in there will 'fissle' out. When Fluid comes out, Your done! Do Not let up on the pedal until after you have tightened the fitting. And do not let the reservoir go dry. Similar to bleeding the brakes. It worked for Me...
The best way is to buy a one man bleeder. The plastic cup with the a flexible hose. Be sure to bleed all the old brake fluid out of the line or you could get moisture in the slave cylinder. Has anybody tried silacone brake fluid in the clutch system? Richard T.
