Anyone have a good solution for the holes in the body in the engine bay? I wish when I had my car done I had had them filled, I think a spacer could have been welded onto the bumper bolt and the oval closed up, but I didn't think of it at the time. I made some this weekend out of 2" wide flat stock aluminum, which I cut polished and drilled for a 1/4 inch bolt which attaches to the body by way of a toggle bolt. The 2" round holes are polished stainless steel with 3/8 toggle bolts. I used a sheet of very thin rubber and cut gaskets for between the covers and the holes. Here are pics of how they came out.

If you look at the photo above it's plugged. I can't say I didn't have a few reservations; I mean they put it there for a reason right?

In reality though I am building my second set of exhaust over the suspension so it is no where near the whole anyway.
