Since I am such a rookie with car engines and other mechanics, I bought an auto engine book to read up. Turns out this is one of the best investments I have ever made (much better than the lousy tech stocks anyway). This book is like a very detailed text book, and is called Auto Engines Technology by James E. Duffy, and is close to 600 pages long. I would highly recomend it to others who want to begin understanding and working on their Panteras. It is very detailed, but written very well...can be understood by anyone. At least now I understand what some of you are discussing.

Another great book, if you want to learn about RECONDITIONING all engine parts, and then their assembly, is: "Sunnen's complete cylinder head and engine rebuilding handbook" by John G. Edwards (He's a college professor of Engine Technology) 494 pages, Hardbound. Has not been out long, so it has the very lastest Technology included. And we all know Who/What SUNNEN is, they build the Machines that rebuild Engines! Regards, Marlin.
