Does anyone know of different brake booster I can use on my 72 Pantera. I installed Wilwood brakes with a Wilwood master cylinder and I think my brake booster is defective. I can hear it hiss so I think it has a vacume leak. If not can they be rebuilt.

The vendors offer a rebuild service or rebuilt exchange unit for about $300 if I recall correctly. Some also offer a Chebbie unit with an adapter plate to convert for use on the Pantera

Make sure that isn't from the hose, instead of the booster.

A lot cheaper.

I used a guy in Phoenix to rebuild mine. Did a great job.
