The 'eyelet pin' that connects the brake pedal to the booster - should that be able to be removed? If so, what creates the suction that allows the pedal to remain in place?
I'm venturing into unfamiliar area - Just had the booster rebuilt because the pedal would release up to the firebox (this is a GT5 - so no 'stop' bracket in place), received the rebuilt booster and having the same issue. The eyelet will freely remove from the booster which has me puzzled.
any help appreciated - thanks
Chris
