Can anyone tell me what the STOCK brake fitting type and size is for the brake lines at the 4 wheel wells. Are they a 37 degree AN or are they a 45 degree IF type fitting. I know the nut on the line is 3/8 x 24 thread but not sure what the angle is on the flare.

It seems DeTomaso used various American and Metric sizes throughout the braking system. For example: the shuttle valve seems to have a mixture of 3/8x24 Inverted Flares, 1/2x20 Inverted Flares and a 7/16x24 Inverted Flare. Then the Stock Proportioning Valve uses a 10mmX1.0 Bubble Flare. Any comments?

Almost all the stock hard lines in our brakes use European style 'bubble-flairs' (also called ISO flairs). So the answer is, neither angle will be correct. And modifying stock hard lines is a little tricky because the diameters of the hard lines do not fit U.S. flairing tools- they will slip right through unmodified hold-down clamps; U.S. double-flair insert tools don't fit well, either. I'd suggest calling your favorite vendor for advice on what's available.

This is not the place to save money. Brake mods are a slippery slope to jump onto.... and if you're unsure of your capabilities, mistakes can be very serious in a 160 mph machine.

Before I go tearing into the shuttle valve for a little cleaning, for clarification should I expect ISO bubble flares on every connection? And if so, I have read both to "Never" reuse a bubble flare, and some stuff says yes you can?

The shuttle valve has a mixture of 3/8x24 Inverted Flares, 1/2x20 Inverted Flares and a 7/16x24 Inverted Flare. They are not Bubble Flares. Reuse is not an issue...
