brake master cylinder question

Hi all,
I have master brake cylinder with adaptor in my 72 Pantera that is leaking. Trouble is, I don't know what it is to order a rebuild kit. The outlets are on the left side, 7/8 bore, made in USA, casting numbers on bottom: looks like 216/4, also has #162 and G4 stamped into it on the bottom. Anyone have any ideas as to what it is?

Post a picture of the master. Hall was selling an aluminum Mustang master with an adapter.

You may have a similar situation and someone may recognize the unit itself.
