WHen I purchased my GT5, it came with a second set of adjustable shocks that had previously been replaced because they leaked. As a learning process, I decided to try and rebuild them. After finding a suitable pin wrench on-line to facilitate disassembly, I managed to explore their inner workings. I would like to replace the seals. However, I do not know the brand. They have no brand identifier other than the color orange that leads nme to suspect Koni. Although, I am not sure the color is original. Any ideas after looking at the pics?

BTW, the plastic bag is partially filled with air and was inside the shock housing. That was unexpected.

They look like steel-body Aldan's to me. I have a set on my car I bought from a friend. They were originally on his car that Gary Hall did many years ago. One of the shocks was leaking so he sent it back to Aldan and they rebuilt it. I don't see the spring perches in your picture, that would tell me more. The adjuster screw has like 8 or 9 clicks?
