Broken seat belt spring

My 73 seat belt retraction spring is broke as well as the plastic cover. Any advice on a fix? Were these belts shared with other cars that may be more readily accessible?

Not that I'm aware, but many Pantera owners have upgraded their cars with 3" racing belts & harnesses, and the stockers are laying in garages across the US. Try an ad in PI or POCA, or attend the San Diego Panteras DeTomaso Swapmeet in July. Any or all of these will get you replacement(s)
