I have one of their early versions here for my GT40, it is the gearbox end only. Larry's products are made very well and I have heard nothing but praise in the GT40 community from those using it.

I'm not sure why you would want to go to a cable shift in a Pantera though? IMO nothing will be as precise as a solid rod setup.

If anything maybe consider the Mastershift, a pneumatic shifter that can be used with paddles or a bump shifter converting a H pattern to sequential style (obviously still using clutch in our case).
