I just noticed the bead of my Campi's were WHITE. it is a very fine powder. I had the tires removed a few months back and had the rims packed in my storage trailer.

Is it ok to wipe the beads with oil or something since it will be a couple more months before they are at the Builder.

Or once the white powder coat is there the oxidation stops?

Look after your wheels. I moved my wheels into a shed as I was having a garage built, that always takes longer than expected. When I got them out, mice had nested in the 10" wheels and ruined them. The rims were rotted through in places and chunks corroded in them front and back. Only 15k miles, had been in storage ~30yrs with original P7 tires which held air until this.
